Hi there!  I’m Nicole, a former corporate lawyer who traded contracts for cookies. What started as a creative escape from nonstop emails and fine print quickly spiraled into a full-blown obsession, and now, a business. Turns out, drafting contracts and decorating cookies have a lot in common: precision, attention to detail, and the occasional need for an espresso martini!​
